Current Business Context

Supporting global operations where the Business Central production system is live for Turkey and Germany. Implementation activities are in progress for Azerbaijan, Australia / New Zealand, and other countries under rollout.

Project Scope
  • Supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and production system coordination
  • Working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Office 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Supporting live Business Central production system activities for Turkey and Germany operations
  • Assisting with implementation activities for Azerbaijan, Australia / New Zealand, and other countries under rollout
  • Coordinating communication between management, consulting companies, key users, and end users
  • Supporting localization requirements, country-specific business processes, master data coordination, and approval workflows
  • Helping users during testing, training sessions, feedback collection, process clarification, and day-to-day adoption
  • Supporting business requirements so implementation work remains aligned with real operational needs
  • Currently learning Microsoft AL language to better understand Business Central customization and extensions
