I am a Digital Transformation and Business Systems Professional with
27+ years of experience helping organizations modernize operations,
improve business processes, strengthen IT governance, and support sustainable growth.
My experience includes ASP.NET, SharePoint,
Microsoft 365 administration, ERP/CRM coordination,
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation support,
workflow and approval system development, SEO/AEO, digital marketing,
data analytics, graphics, product information management, and cloud/hosting administration.
I also support communication and coordination between consulting companies, management,
key users, and end users to help ensure system implementations are aligned with
business requirements.
I have supported healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and industrial organizations
across India, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and the UAE. My work includes helping
teams improve efficiency, save time and cost, support localization needs, coordinate
global operating requirements, and adopt digital systems more effectively.
I combine technical understanding, business coordination, and hands-on system administration
to support secure, practical, and sustainable solutions that teams can easily adopt.
I am currently expanding my knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
and learning AL language to better support implementation, customization,
and user adoption activities.
